Reduce RPG ammo from 5 to 3, make the explosion radius smaller, make ammo refill even less. Reduce the speed of the projectile AND make the projectile heavier. The RPG is the best sniper in the game that one shots groups of players, most vehicles die in one shot, and it has absurd range.
