Add 'Switch Teams' Option for More Dynamic Battlefields

Please incorporate a 'switch teams' options. I'm 50/50 on team auto balance because it gets more complicated. The ability to manually switch teams should give players a more realistic mil sim experience. Too many minors and noobs leads to oversimplified battles and whatnot
