Implement Accuracy Penalty for Shooting While Jumping
Completed
Eliminate jumping combat/bunnyhopping by disabling the ability to shoot while off the ground, or make shots taken while off the ground extremely inaccurate (as they would be.) Could couple this with a stamina bar/limitation.
