We need more incentive for dropping people off in the transport heli. When there is a good transport pilot, it makes the game much more fun. However, all the pilot ever gets is 10 xp for each person. So make it to where each squad spawn gets increasingly more xp as long as the heli stays alive. It resets when the heli dies. This will make more people want to act as a drop ship, and that will make the game even better.
