Add Crosshair and Health Indicators for Helicopters in 3P View

The Heli in 3P view needs some kind of crosshair.
Alternatively:
Some kind of indicator of where the guns are pointing could be a creative solution, like fading laser pointer lines.
Some kind of indication about vehicle health/dmg.
Following on from that - repair tool?
