Increase velocity of talon and AA missiles. It doesnt have to be instant velocity out of rhe launcher, but helicopters being able to outrun missiles, stay out of their range, and repair can make them useless in most situations. Also, make it so height is static when driving or flying any vehicle. The amount of people I've seen doing this to not get killed while driving/flying has increased significantly.
