Enhance Sniper Class with One-Tap Chest Range at Specific Distances

Give all snipers a 1tap chest range

AWM @ 180m
Dragunov @ 300m
Behemoth @ 200m
C-TAC @ 150m

This will encourage ranged bolt action use and make all guns viable
