Simplify Weapon Progression and Enhance Customization for New Players

Slink down or completely remove the progression system until a later date or keep it gone. The new player experience is rough and only gets rougher if you're not VR-capable and the current weapon balance from the outside-looking-in as a new player seems to be glazed over or forgotten, with higher-level players mostly seen using guns that you don't have, which is an annoying feeling when it's not something you unlock in one match of play but in 10+ hours.
The addition of the red dot sight to all players was a start, but you should be entirely free to customize your gun if attachments are going to do anything past be flair. The rich should not get richer, and the poor should not be poorer.

In a beta state I believe you'd be better off just unlocking weapons entirely and allowing players to pick-and-choose, encouraging a more personalized experience (especially for new players, who can now try a litany of things to see what they like) as well as get much more information on weapon balance by seeing what the community uses the most, compare it to your own private testing, and then head to the drawing board with potential changes.

Some debuffs to accuracy could be applied to players jumping, as well as briefly after they jump, to discourage attackers from doing it.

A toggle where if you click a trigger over your left/right ear you switch between squad/team communications, I want to hear other people and engage in camaraderie with everyone on my team instead of 3 measly friends
