Recon Rifle Balancing and New Weapon Concepts for Enhanced Gameplay

Here are some conceptual Recon weapon changes to balance out his rifle selection.

AWP
As of now it is the worst rifle in the game by far. Slow bolt-action reload, and unimpressive stats that get outclassed by its fellow rifles. IMO it should be like the other classes' primary weapons in that it has slight stat advantages in 1-2 categories over the other rifles, making it a general use item that is servicable in any scenario while still not being the best at anything.

Dragunov and Barrett
Fine as they are. Dragunov is great in CQB with a weakness at range (in comparison to the other rifles), while the Barrett is a sort of hybrid between the Dragunov and current C-Tac, with both high damage and semi automatic firing, although its not the best at either.

C-Tac
Oneshot bodyshots should not be the C-Tac's gimmick, instead it should be able to damage vehicles. While the onetaps are good in concept, in practice a half decent Recon can rechamber a round almost as fast as the Barrett can fire, allowing them to spam oneshot bodyshots at far too high a pace. Instead, dealing damage to vehicles would give Recon players a unique niche as a long range anti vehicle class to support their Assaults and Engineers from a safe distance in exchange for being slightly worse against infantry.

Additionally, I'd like to put forth two concepts for new Recon guns.

A DMR for dedicated close to mid range combat. It lacks the normal sniper tracers, and can match up to ARs and SMGs in close quarters while still having decent ranged capabilities. Maybe an SKS or PA10 Gen 3.

A single shot rifle to takeover the C-Tac's former oneshot niche. Capable of instantly killing on bodyshot from any range, however the gun can only load one round at a time and must be reloaded after every shot to prevent spam and encourage accurate, well timed shooting. Maybe a Savage model 112 or an Armalite AR 50A1B.
