To counter nerfing Helicopters into the earth,(especially the Apache) maybe instead of landing the helicopter on tight maps with no space to land to repair and have some low life steal it, you should be able to only repair it yourself if the helicopter is at a slow, low hover that way you can stop people repairing while on the run from a talon but also prevent the unclear landing and heli theft issue. To do this you could add a AUTO HOVER mode to all helicopters. When activated by pressing one of the many available buttons on a controller the helicopter will auto correct itself into a still, even hover that can only go up and down slowly in this state you are still vulnerable to talons and RPG's even more so.
