  1. Guild Structure: The "Company"

Company HQ: A persistent, customizable social hub (a bunker or military tent) where members can meet, test weapons, and plan strategies before joining a match.

Roles & Hierarchy:

Commander (Guild Leader): Sets overall strategy, manages treasury.

Officers (Tacticians): Can schedule events and manage squad lineups.

Veterans (Specialists): High-rank members specializing in specific roles (e.g., Lead Pilot, Lead Recon).

Privates: General members.

Specialization Perks: Guilds can choose a focus (e.g., Armor/Vehicle warfare, Airborne/Infantry, or Recon/Infiltration) that provides minor, non-game-breaking bonuses to that specialty (e.g., 5% faster vehicle respawn for Armor guilds).

  1. The "War Table" (Cross-Platform Coordination)

Live Map Control: A 3D, interactive map of the current conflict zones (O.R.E. vs. Resistance) where the Commander can see active battles and assign objectives to squads.

Scheduled "Ops" (Ops): Officers can schedule official platoon matches, allowing the guild to queue up together in 16-player blocks to dominate one side of a server.

Voice Comms: Integrated, high-priority, encrypted voice channels (Company Channel) separate from in-game proximity chat.

  1. Progressive Progression: "The Arsenal Initiative"

Guild XP & Leveling: Activities (capturing points, destroying vehicles, revives) by members in public matches contribute to a shared Guild Level.

Shared Unlocks: Higher-level guilds unlock exclusive, themed cosmetics (clan tags, weapon skins, specialized uniforms) for all members, acting as a "bragging right" on the battlefield.

Guild Bank: A communal, digital, secure storage where players can donate earned in-game currency to unlock more complex customizations or higher-tier armor options.

  1. Dynamic GvG: "Frontline Domination"

Tournament Nodes: Specific, high-value, contested areas on the map that, if held by a guild, grant unique bonuses to their faction for 24 hours.

Tactical Recon Events: Specialized weekly challenges where teams must use specific vehicles or tactics, requiring coordination over raw firepower.

  1. Recruitment & Social

Mercenary Board: A "Looking for Group" (LFG) board within the menu, allowing unaffiliated players to view active, recruiting guilds, filterable by playstyle (Casual vs. Competitive).

Buddy System: New members are paired with a "Veteran" for their first 10 matches, earning bonus XP for both if they play in the same squad.
