Drop Quest 2 support

The userbase on this platform is shrinking and by the time this game releases, the Quest 2 playerbase will be tiny relative to Quest 3.

It doesn't make sense to compromise the graphics and gameplay to accommodate a section of the playerbase that won't really exist in a few years.
