Allow transport Helis to drop a rope down for players to zip line up with.

Often the transport Heli is used as a spawn location and nothing more. It can't reasonably be landed, and there aren't many places it can land in the 1st place. If a squad is at point A, they have to find their own way to the next desired objective since the transport Heli can't really get that close to the ground.

Cue the rope: It hangs from the Heli and players can Zip up it to so they can actually use it to move them around and not just to spawn on. This allows them to be a bigger threat now, as they don't need to wait for a squad wipe or two to be useful.
