should be a gadget for engineers and to be used effectively must be maned by two people. 5 sec firing rate, very load to be easily spotted and countered. and dynamic damage would be good for direct insta kill and at the end radius should do quarter damage. also would be cool if there was a smoke option for more strategic options.
