Adjustable Team and Enemy Mic Volume with Persistent Mute Option and Quick Squad Scoreboard Access

We need to be able to reduce volume of mic from team mates not in our squad and same with enemy mics... there is just too much noise and screaming.

Also on scoreboard need to be able to ourselves quickly.

Also if I mute someone there should be perm be muted in any future game unless I unmute them!
