I think it would be cool to have the ability to choose different helmets, NVG, or plate carriers to add a little more customization rather than seeing the same 4 soldiers on the team. These armors could be unlocked for completing challenges like "Get X kills in a helicopter to unlock a pilot helmet" and so on and so forth.
