Commander role
Allow a player to apply as a commander role, allowing them to mark areas on the map for attack, usually when they respawn.
They could draw (probably a bad idea)
Or they could make lines or circles or just generally pointing out to the team what point to go for next, something to help focus the whole team together.
Maybe they can even select a squad to go to a specific point as well so it's not an all out assault of the entire team, unless it's attacking rush where that would be useful
