Add begginer lobbies just like in breachers

Looking at the state of the game where newbies that havent learnt all the mechanics in the game are being demolished by the majority of players who abuse the meta its pretty discouraging for them to try and deal with it, same as for the other advanced players who have to deal with teammates that dont know what theyre doing as theyre occupying a slot in the team

We have decent amount of players being online everytime so it wont reach a point where we wont have players at any normal servers at all
And if theres not enough players playing in begginer lobbies, they still have the option to join the "normal" supposed "casual" lobbies

Its not really fun to play a game where half of your team has just started to play this week meanwhile the other team is full of retired special ops along with people who never seen grass in their life and maybe begginer lobbies might help reduce these kinds of situations
