Adjust MC10 to be a Sidearm with Increased Damage and Range

Since the MC10 is somehow not a sidearm for it’s small size, and the fact it’s a d*** uzi, I think we should either

Make an alternative version of the mc10 as a sidearm with a base of 20 ammo instead of 30

Make it a d*** sidearm

Also, I think 20 damage is a bit low, so you should either increase its range or minimum damage
