Add timing infos on the server list

Add infos columns (icons ?) for each server.
Game Start (i.e., duration < 3 min), Rush Stages 1–4, and Game End."
Perhaps also time elapsed from start

I'm asking because I often join games that are almost over or at the End/vote phase, even restarting on another map.
