Hi, what i suggest is that after each round is over, you randomize the teams when putting us in a new map after vote.
course right now i can almost with a 100% certainty know right away after joining a server, if this is a server i want to stay on or not, if one side has allot more points then the other, then i am almost guaranteed that the same thing will happen the next round, and the round after that.
people and me included that see this pattern, just going to switch to another server, and keep on jumping until i find myself in one that seems winnable, the server that is heavily dominating from one side, keeps on winning round after round after round, check your numbers and you probably see the same result i talk about here.
i probably don't have to say this, but i will anyway.
if you decide to do this, keep people that join together, together and if possible, put good people in a team, on the looser side in order to balance the outcomes.
