CPR and Body Dragging for All Classes

Even though body dragging has been discussed a lot, I do think that ALL classes should be able to drag a body to a medic or safety. Second, is CPR. CPR would allow you to, as long as you keep your hands on the chest of the victims and push up, down, up, down, keep them from "expiring", letting medics be able to come in time to save them. Most ideal is two hands, where it refills the little circle 1/8 per push, but you could also use one hand that replenishes 1/16th per push, so that you could drag the body while doing CPR.
