Remove the feature where crouching down in your play space whilst driving a humvee causes your body to disappear below the dash. People use this deliberately to drive around in 3rd person running people over whilst unable to be shot. I played on a server the other day where two people were doing this all game for 3 games in a row. Surely it's not intentional to have this in the game?
