Increase Contrast and Saturation of Spotted Markers for Better Visibility

Contrast/saturation bump. Its very hard to see the spotted markers above players and the blue and green markers above your team/squad against any even slightly brighter background. Bump up the contrast or saturation of them and maybe make them 20% bigger.
