Improve recenter/reset view quick button to also adjust player height and better align with vehicle controls.

Typically I play FF infantry standing, however now that helicopters have received virtual controls I would like to be able to quickly transition from standing to sitting when flying.

Unless already seated upon entering a vehicle, player view is automatically set too high. Upon sitting IRL the player becomes pancaked into the vehicle seat. Holding down the recenter view quick button corrects view direction, but does not fix player height.

Recenter view also does a poor job of aligning the player character with the virtual controls, meaning that even if I sit before getting in a vehicle, I then need to reset several times and/or slide my chair around IRL to find the sweet spot to operate the virtual controls. This impacts immersion heavily, while trying match IRL position with VR position.
