Implement Overuse Counterbalance for Stim Guns

The new stim guns are really good and I would even say overpowered (my kill counts have gone from ~30-40 to ~50-60) and likewise for many other people in my lobby or squad using it. I suggest you implement overdosing so that if you pop too many you slow down, recoil goes up, lose health, or just die if you keep going. Or perhaps it gets less potent everytime you use it within that life in addition to the side effects listed above. :)
