Implement Team Ping and Drone Scan Feature for Enhanced Coordination

Ping update :
-Add ping to indicate emplacement with a visual mark to all team
-add marquage by drone (scan), all team can see it
-maybe a new tool "scanner" who search ennemi in a zone and mark it (if there is an ennemi) i think assault or recon is the best choice for this tool
