Adjust Default Seat Position for .50 Cal in Humvee

I think, while you're driving the humvee, the first default seat switch should be up to the .50 cal rather than the gun being three spots into the rotation.

TRUEEEEEEEEEEEE. It is super awkward. It was the only gun in the entire play test I did not get a kill with (and I tried)
