Add a slanted grip as the best grip in the game that can slant to the side of your non-trigger hand
Add a dmr that is accessible to both assaulter and recon example (m1a sass from ghost of tabor)
Add a flip magnifier holosight that you can flip on to get a 3x zoom and can flip off to use the normal holosight
Add an attachment type that lets you customize your ammo type (you have to unlock different ones for different guns just like other attachments) Examples ( holopoint, tracer, Armor piercing)

piercing rounds come in handy) The better the armor it the high caliber's it has a chance of stopping or dampening the damage ( the best one can stop most rounds from small guns like the small smg's and pistols not the condor) a small downside to the armor is the better it is the heavier it is so you will walk a little bit slower and only the best one will have some leg protection to it
Add helmets (it's just like the armor but for your head) With some helmets make Thermal/night vision google compatible with the ability of being able to flip the on and off
