Perk Rework Request: Munitions/Healing Specialist changed to be an Aura of resupply/healing.

This would fit the class much better, and would be way more interesting than just 'extra packs'. It's not worth choosing these perks alongside the other 3 perk choices for each class. They're not worth it in their current state. Please consider reworking them!
