Ping kicking should be implemented if your not going to add a matchmaking region lock.
The game is bad and getting worse from server lag please I produce a system that will kick a player from lobby if they go 200 ping to save the other 31 players from server lag. This still won't solve cross region racism attacks which are a daily occurrence but at least will kick them automatically if they lag the server while doing so
