Alternate item/gadget idea to replace the spawn beacon

Add a quieter limited use spawn beacon

Details:

Reduce the beeping sound or remove
Reduce the range of the beeping sound
For balance add a two spawn limit before you have to place a new beacon (destroys itself on the second spawn)

This would allow recon to actually play stealthy and sneak teammates into the back line
