RECON DAMAGE CHANGES:
Ctac - 1tap chests @ 150m
AWP - 1tap chests @ 250m
Barrett - 2% vehicle damage per shot
Bow - explosive arrow option with 5% vehicle damage (much greater bullet drop tho)
