To be honest I would like to see the devs actually make it to where you could actually make clans like officially make clans this would not only solve the problem with being able to do tournaments which is a great idea but also you wouldn't need to worry about Auto balancing anything the newbies would just join a clan that would take care of them and help them level up and teach them how to play the game it would be better and easier on everyone instead of you running into a squad of hiring players and another squad of low rank players you would have a bunch of high ranked players that would potentially end up being clan leaders so everything would even out they just need to make clans official
