Turret kills should give the pilot assist
because without someone with skill gets low xp when operating a vehicle with high kill counts. Example, With a skilled driver and gunner transport helicopter is the best vehicle in the game but the driver puts in a lot of work for low xp while the gunner gets lots of kills
