Quick Join Retry Logic

I've tried to join lobbies and use quick join. When I joined it sent me back to the menu after saying lobby was full and it did not automatically look for a new lobby. When I push a button for quick join, I need to trust it more than I trust my own personal skill at looking at the menu and identifying lobbies that have less than 28 people.
