Team creation with a leader and a maximum of 15 players, where a logo and name can be chosen, and a tournament server where the leader sends an invitation to another leader with the date (minimum one week's notice) and time, which lasts 24 hours to accept or decline.

This would allow for easy scheduling adjustments.
On this server, only team members can connect and choose their team without automatic balancing.
A tournament would take place on a randomly selected rush map with an attack and defense phase. If there's a tie, the tournament would end with a randomly selected conquest map.
