Resupply of utility takes time. The Resupply feature of the assault class gives RPGs, Anti-Air Missiles, C4 and grenades instantly, but you should stand by it for an extended period of time to resupply those. With this, there should be an icon that shows its recharging when youre in the vicinity of a resupply box.
