While dragging a player as a medic, you should drag quicker than other classes, and stop the bleedout timer. The player who is being dragged should get notified theyre being dragged. Dragging bodies is not very good at the moment since it's slow and players still bleedout or respawn while being dragged.

Also, an alternative way to revive without the defibrillator would be great, so it could be done while dragging. Why not introduce a syringe?
