Tank machine gun tweaks.

The Tanks machine gun is OLD, and not only that, it s****. The machine gun has a circle which doesn’t really stay in place most of the time, and the result of that is usually just missing terribly. It also can’t really be used while moving since the circle just flies off. I believe that making the machine gun closer to what the APC machine gun is like could help a lot. If not, then it could just be bugged and the circle isn’t in the middle. Either way, I believe this could possibly help the tank. That’s all. Thank you Triangle Factory if you’re reading this.
