Improve 4x and canted red dot scope options

Right now, the 4x and canted red dot are lagging behind the other scopes, mainly due to the poor reticle quality. I suggest giving the 4x and canted dot the 2x scope’s reticle, and replacing the canted pistol red dot with either the full sized one or the holographic sight for easier use in combat.
