Self sacrifice
We've all seen it in the movies, and maybe in game cutscenes when someone throws themselves on a grenade to sacrifice themselves and ensures their teams safety, even been done in real life too. I would like to suggest that if a player crouches on top of an enemy grenade it will shield their surrounding teammates from the blast, at the cost of being executed.
