Rebalancing Helicopter and Other Combat Elements

Please nerf the attack helicopter, or buff absolutely everything else.

The attack helicopter can't be the only thing being massively strong and easy to evade attacks in.

If the helicopter is going to be treated more realistically, then give the realism treatment to everything else and allow everything to kill faster.

Otherwise, please nerf it.
