Player Migration Post/During Server Shutdown into newest server of the same region and mode.

It's incredibly frustrating when a server is completely full, especially in latenight hours, and shut down.
A pop-up to present an option to migrate to the newest server, or post-game notification, could be incredibly helpful for maintaining latenight server count by helping regroup enough players that new ones will fill empty places.
