Vehicles — Gunner Turret Viability (Humvee & Tank)

Proposal: Buff the damage output of roof-mounted machine guns on the Humvee and Tank to match helicopter MG lethality.

Objective: Make gunner positions rewarding and tactically viable, rather than serving solely as safe repair shelters for engineers.
