Arsenal — Smoke Grenade Launcher

Proposal: Introduce a smoke grenade launcher variant alongside the explosive model.

Detail: Keep smoke dissipation fairly quick to prevent visual saturation in tight combat zones. Only for Assault Class to control the amount of smoke grenade on the battlefield.
