Adding a tracking dart gadget for Recon. The tracking dart can be fired and stick to any ground vehicle, sea vehicle, air vehicle or players for 10 seconds. Within that time, any Talons can lock onto it and be fired. If a tracking dart is attacked to a helicopter, it will ignore flares. This gives recons a chance to help attack vehicles which will still require teamwork.

The gadget could be used and look similar to the stim gun, but may have more bullet drop and much further range.
