Add different arrow attachments for the bow. Like Hawkeye. With the explosion arrow, grapple arrow, thermal incendiary arrow, cluster arrow, smoke screen arrow, EMP arrow, and taser arrow.

Also make taser/shocking things disable vehicles for a short period of time.
