Adjust Helicopter Mechanics for Balanced Gameplay

I love playing helicopter but I have to admit I think it's too strong.
And the fix then is for players to spam AA which makes playing helicopter impossible.
I think heli should have more of a supportive/suppressing role than mowing down role, which would be achievable by removing the splash damage.
Without splash damage pilot needs to aim better and players can actually take cover, because currently you can get behind cover and still get killed by the splash damage.
Also it's too easy to shutdown a heli with small arms, I think regular bullets should only be able to kill the pilot through the heli's openings on the side and that's all, no damage to the vehicle.
Also let us be able to move faster with the helicopter, because it's super slow rn
