Remove AI voice moderation. it is too glitchy and unreliable to be effective. Instead, we should be able to vote mute players, if a player is going to get voice banned it is because players should report him. Having a vote mute over a vote kick would stop players from just kicking good players. vote mute would allow us to mute players immediately as apposed to having to wait for voice mod to do its thing.
